About the owners
Maria Isabel Blair (call her Isabel) is the lead childcare provider. She has a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, and has been awarded a Bilingual Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in recognition of outstanding work with young children. The credential was awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition in Washington D.C., which represents the early childhood education profession. She has experience working at a local daycare center and at church. She also has 3 children of her own. She would like to make a difference in the life of each child and has a realistic understanding of children. She is caring, giving, responsible, trustworthy, respectful, creative, and helpful.
Eric Alan Blair is the co-owner. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. His role will be administrative in the business, handling the accounting, marketing, HR and other supportive issues. He offers consultation and business services to other in home day care providers as well. He has been a regional sales manager for 11 years selling connectors and sockets in the electronics industry and currently Part of state Farm’s agency development team and has his own state farm agency in Byron Center since June 1ST 2011.
