Mi casa es su casa bilingual family daycare is open for business Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
There are three scenarios which may cause us to close:

1. Recognized holidays—see holiday schedule

2. Severe weather—typically, we will not close on school announced snow days or during most inclement weather days. However, if the roads or the weather conditions are too dangerous or risky for our staff and the children to come to daycare we will have to close for their safety. Also, if weather causes a power failure for an extended period of time we may need to close in the best interest of the children. We have a designated area in the basement for tornado shelter, but do not recommend transporting your child to the daycare if a tornado warning is in effect. We also maintain a government issued weather radio for emergency announcements. We will charge for days we closed due to severe weather.

3. Vacation—it is rare that we will ask for vacation time, but we will notify you at least 2 weeks in advance if the need does come up so you can plan accordingly. We will not charge our clients for any days missed due to our vacation and we will refund you on a prorated basis for any days that we close due to vacation if that period has already been paid.
