Isabel Blair is the owner and lead teacher. She holds a master’s degree in early childhood education from Western Michigan University, a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology, and a Bilingual Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in recognition of her outstanding work with young children. The credential was awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition in Washington D.C., which represents the early childhood education profession. She has experience working in the early childhood field for over 20 years. She works as an independent bilingual quality improvement specialist and trainer for the Great Start to Quality Western, Southwest and Kent Resource Center and the State of Michigan. She is a certified CPR & First Aid trainer by the American Heart Association. Isabel is involved in diverse local and state groups that advocate for all the children in Michigan to have access to quality care. She is passionate about providing quality care and would like to make a difference in the life of each child. She is caring, giving, responsible, trustworthy, respectful, creative, and helpful, and she has a realistic understanding of children.
Eric Alan Blair is the co-owner. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. His role will be administrative in the business, handling the accounting, marketing, HR and other supportive issues. He offers consultation and business services to other in home day care providers as well. He has been a regional sales manager for 11 years selling connectors and sockets in the electronics industry and currently Part of state Farm’s agency development team and has his own state farm agency in Byron Center since June 1ST 2011.
